I like the concept - what do I need to do?
You need to go to the Spa Operators section of the site and complete a buyer's
profile. It takes about 5 minutes and it's free to the spa. The more spas that
sign up, the more powerful this resource becomes for the entire industry. Check
all the types of products you are interested in buying, not the ones you
currently use - this will ensure that the inquiries you receive do not overlap
with the products you are happy with and have no plans to change.

Is this a purchasing (e-commerce) site?
LH Connects is not a purchasing site. The main purpose of the site is to
simplify the lead generation process and introduce the right buyers to the
right vendors. LH Connects provides spas and vendors with a way to find each
other without the frustration of unsolicited calls. If there is no match
between the spa's buyer profile and the vendor's profile, there is no contact.
If there is a match, then the vendor contacts the spa (or vice versa) through
our secure site, and the connection can be made. What you do from there,
whether you buy or not - that's up to you and the vendor. LH Connects simply
makes the introduction.

What is the business model? What are the fees?
The site is 100% free to spas. Vendors pay a modest listing fee to post their
buyer profiles and enable them to find qualified sales leads on the site. It's
basically a fee in exchange to search the buyer profiles of the spas on the
site and find qualified leads. Vendors who are not exclusive representatives of
a product line (distributors) cannot post a buyer profile, since other vendors
will also be selling the same products. Distributors can participate by
becoming sponsors (also for a modest fee) which would allow them to post a
banner ad on the site directing buyers to their own website.

Is this something a Spa Director would need approval for?
To sign up and post a buyer's profile, you should not need approval, since
there is absolutely no obligation to buy anything when you sign up. It's free
to the spa, and carries no risk or obligation whatsoever. Once you have made
contact with a vendor, (or vice versa) if you are interested in their products,
then the buying process is in your hands, and you should proceed according to
the protocol of your operation.

What's in it for the Spa Director?
Spas get a screening process to deal with vendors you don't know who might
place numerous demands on your time (albeit with good intentions) through
unsolicited calls. You can direct them to LHConnects, and if there is a match
with your buying needs, then you can open up a dialogue. The vendors you are
looking for will come to you, in the form of a pre-screened email. If you are a
smaller spa, then it will benefit you to have access to vendors on the same
playing field as the larger players. Once you get an email from an LHConnects
vendor, you'll know that they sell the products you are looking for. At that
point, the purchasing process is in your hands. You can click on their profile
and access their company information, and then make a decision on whether to
continue or not.

Why should I give you my e-mail and contact information?
LH Connects will be the sole user of your contact information. The e-mail is
used to forward pre-screened inquiries from vendors, and to give you news and
updates on our site and our business. The phone and address information will be
used to keep our database of spas clean in case spa directors relocate or
change jobs. Even when there is a match, vendors have no access to your e-mail
or any of your contact information until you give it to them through a reply to
their inquiry.

What's in it for the vendors?
Vendors can use LHConnects as an online, 24/7 representative that's out there
finding leads for their company. The site and fee structure is set up to allow
all vendors a cost-effective way to get exposure for their products and search
for qualified leads. Vendors typically have to travel or send products, or make
unsolicited calls to find buyers. With LHConnects, they have a simple,
cost-effective alternative to unsolicited calling, which industry feedback has
identified as a less than efficient way to find leads.

Who is LHConnects?
The "L" is Lenny LaCour, and the "H" is Greg Hagin. Both are veterans of the
spa industry with over 40 years of combined experience in spa operations and
